Meet Attorney Patrick A. Wright
Patrick A. Wright is a founding partner of The Wright Firm, L.L.P. and manages the firm’s family law practice division. Mr. Wright dedicates the majority of his practice to family law and has become a prominent family law professional in the state of Texas.. Patrick became Board-Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2001 and has been re-certified in 2006 and 2011. In order to provide a broader range of options for his clients, Mr. Wright is also a certified in mediation and collaborative law specialist.
Over the past years, Mr. Wright has represented clients with multifaceted family law issues relating to property, children, and small businesses. Prior to founding The Wright Firm, L.L.P., Patrick Wright practiced family law for over ten years with other firms in the region. At The Wright Firm, L.L.P., Patrick handles cases involving divorce, custody, child support, visitation, modification, and complex property issues. His top priorities are client satisfaction and striving to obtain the best result for every one of his cases.
Patrick is a graduate of the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, Texas and of the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. After graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991, Patrick attended the South Texas School of Law in Houston, Texas. Upon graduation from law school in 1994, Patrick became a member of the State Bar of Texas and started practicing family law immediately. Since then, he has been recognized by numerous organizations and societies including Texas Super Lawyer and AV Peer Review. He is also actively involved in legal associations throughout the state and nation, which provide him family law insight and techniques to better serve his clients.
Patrick is a proud father of two daughters, Haley and Hannah, and a loving husband to Sheri. A family-man himself, Patrick understands the struggles and hardships that family units commonly encounter and take pride in helping others challenged by family law matters.
